Every engagement with Full Bloom Advisory Group is treated as strictly confidential. This page explains how the information you share through the Readiness Health Audit — and any other diagnostic or advisory work — is stored, used, and protected.
Readiness Health Audit & Retail Health Diagnostic
All data collected through the Readiness Health Audit and the Retail Health Diagnostic is strictly confidential. It is shared only with Full Bloom Advisory Group and the Independent Retail Cannabis Collective (IRCC). No individual store's specific data will be shared with other members or the public. For public leaderboard purposes, each submission is represented only by a randomly generated 4-digit code, which cannot be traced back to a store, business, or individual by other users. This code also allows a member to link multiple submissions over time — across both tools — to track their own progress privately.
What we collect
- Your name, email, store or banner name, and number of stores
- Your Retail Health Diagnostic inputs — Gross Margin, Net Profit, Fully-Loaded Labour Cost, Discount Rate, Sales per Square Foot, Rent-to-Sales, Inventory Days on Hand, Shrinkage, Average Basket (AOV), and Four-Wall EBITDA — plus the resulting overall snapshot
- Your responses across the six Readiness Health Audit modules and the resulting readiness score
- The timestamp of each submission and which tool it came from
What appears publicly
The public benchmark leaderboards show only your randomly assigned 4-digit code, your overall score or status, and the submission date. Your name, email, store name, store count, diagnostic numbers, and per-module answers are never queryable or returned by any public endpoint — the public data set does not contain those fields at all.
Linking your submissions
Your 4-digit code is generated on your first submission and stays with you. If you enter it on future audits — from either tool — your new submission is linked to your existing profile so your history and progress roll up under one identity in the confidential back end. To prevent someone else from claiming your code, you must use the email address on file for it.
Who can see the full record
Only authorized administrators at Full Bloom Advisory Group and the Independent Retail Cannabis Collective (IRCC) can view the full, identifying record. We use it to prepare your personal readout, benchmark aggregate trends, and inform advisory conversations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
